Floral Design

So as many of you know I am currently taking a floral design class at BYU and have decided to show you all what my tuition has been paying for.

Last week we learned how to make bridal bouquets. This one would be more of a bridesmaid bouquet because we were limited on the number of flowers we were given so the size is a little smaller.

 

We learned all sorts of different ways to tie ribbon around the stems and it was sooo fun.

 

We also made Easter/spring baskets. We learned how to put eggs or stuffed animals in the arrangement using these wire hooks.

 

This last one isn’t my favorite. We had to do an everlasting desing, in other words fake flowers.  It’s alright but real flowers are a lot more fun.
