I just have to brag about my friend Sarah and I. We made New Years resolutions to go to the gym as often as possible and the amazing thing is we have actually been doing it! We usually do one class a night but this past week we really stepped up our game
Mon- Pilates, Boot Camp, and Kick boxing
Tues- Spin
Wednesday- Dance Fusion (kinda like zumba) and Kick boxing
Thursday- Spin
Friday- relax
Saturday- Core class, Hip Hop
So far I've lost around 6 pounds! Thanks Sarah for keeping me motivated!

Wow that is so awesome! I can't justify getting a gym membership because I am afraid I wouldn't be motivated to go and then I wouldn't get my moneys worth. But those classes are so much more fun than exercising on your own. I am jealous.
You are motivating me!!! Those classes sound so much more fun than just running too! Congrats on losing the weight!!!
WOW your amazing?!? I would be dead after just one of those classes but you do 3 on monday!! Way impressive now i feel like i have to pick up my game!
